Prayers are needed for all of the boys and their families of the terrible disaster when a tornado destroyed Little Sioux Boy Scout Camp last night in Iowa. My son is at scout camp this week here in Southern Indiana and the news has really affected me. I want to drive to the camp just to be able to give him a hug.

I heard about it this morning and thought how horrible! I feel so bad for all the people that have been touched by all the terrible stormes that have struck all over this year already! I can see where you would want rush our to make sure that your son is OK and give him a big ole hug!
Hopefully this is the last of the bad tornadoes for a good long while!
I'll take a snow or ice storm over tornadoes and hurricanes any day!

I heard that story this afternoon how horrible. I can understand how you want to rush and hug your son. All families are in our thoughts and prayers.

One of the ladies on another group that I belong to had a son at that camp. Her son has a sprained ankle and the other boys from their town had minor injuries too. Most of the families were able to go back to the camp yesterday and see the destruction. She said that it was amazing that there weren't more serious injuries. It sounds like it was a good thing for all of them to see the camp. The boys spent a lot of time together and they were able to get some of their belonging too.
