HI.
We are covered in 2" of snow and it looks like a nice safety layer of Ice about 1" but it is still sleeting out.
Lucky for me I went food shopping yesterday and ran all my errands so I can stay home and cook a nice Valentines' dinner for Larry and make Sarah's guest book.
Except I think I'll be cleaning and figuring out where the heck I put my slow cooker otherwise I have to call my mom and ask how to make traditional pot roast as I haven't made it traditionally in 8 years. Arg.
