I found out a few hours ago that the first round of surgery for my Uncle who was just diagnosied with Cancer seems to have gone well. They have discovered that the cancer is in his tongue. Yes, it sounds strange but true. From my understanding he has a large hole in his neck. At this point it looks like he may have to do both radiation and chemo but not 100% sure right now. I have a call into my Aunt, I am waiting to hear more from her. Times like this makes it so hard when family live so far apart.
For my dad he is still recupping from his heart surgery. Chemo treatments for him are still on the back burner until his heart is stronger. Right now they are trying to get his iron levels up they are real low, but I guess thats normal for after heart surgery. The low iron makes it so he has no engery.
For me, well I am sick too. It never fails! I have a horrible cold. Its going to be a cozy relaxing weekend hopefully in my craft room. I hope to take pictures of my room this week to share with everyone.
