I firmly believe in learning new things, each day if possible. It keeps the brain cells active, is my thinking. So, what have I leanred today?
- Don't let Scout Lady's son near your vacuum. LOL
- Always make sure your Mom has the right address when she mails you something.
- Wal Mart charges for a store-to-store money transfer, but you do get it right away.
- My 8 yr old won't stop and think when an older neighbor child (young teen) asks them (in the middle of winter, abotu 55 degrees outside) "Wanna run through the sprinkler?"
- When you make yeast dough, do NOT set the dough in a metal bowl to rise, and put it on the back of the stove...while you're baking cookies. The bottom of the dough tends to start baking and kills the yeast.
- It's really funny to watch my DH poof the remaining powdered sugar out of an empty powdered sugar bag into the air...and then try to catch it in his mouth.
Ok...maybe all the baking fumes have gone to my head. LOL I'll redo that yeast dough in the morning....oops.
