For those of you on outlook, I've created step by step instructions including a number of pictures to show you how you can block and unblock people and create a filter. If anyone wants to add to this or tell me of other ways to add additional and effective blocks, I'll be happy to update the info. I'll be adding information on how to create signatrues and so forth at a later date.
