PLEASE Read (my child is missing)

OMG Cecelia, That is so hard and hearbreaking asI know I could never imagine. My thoughts and prayers are for you and him and your family. It is so sad that there is no concern from law enforcement today as their excuse is freedoms and rights and lack of personnel due to monetary reasons. Bunch of crock if you ask me, pure laziness eecially considering no more than it would take with today's tecnology nad the speed of the information superhighway.

:::sending lots of good thoughts for Marc's quick & safe return:::

Please keep us posted. If you have any reason to think he might head to Los Angeles/Hollywood, email me & I'll see what I can find out here.

I hope you hear something soon. I'm so sorry this is happening. My oldest daughter ran away from home from her Dad's house when she was 15.. for nearly a year I had no idea if she was ok or not. She didn't call me not cause she didn't love me..but because she was in Florida and wanted to stay where it was warm..to call me meant to deal with me wanting her to get home. She didn't call till she was pregnant and homeless. I hope that he contacts you soon and lets you know he's ok. At least if he withdrew money he planned this rather than someone took him. Think positive and keep on the cops anyway.. someone cares there somewhere. Ask to speak to a juvenile detective. Please let us know when you have an update.

This is a link to winkflash. The album password is "missing". You have to have an account with them to see the picture. It only takes a minute to get one and there is no cost involved. I didn't know how/where else I could post a photo. I'm sorry for the inconvenience involved with this. If you'd rather not get the account, please e-mail me individually and I can send you a photo by attachment. I didn't think the newsgroup would allow me to post it here. He withdrew over $500 from his savings account on Thursday so the police consider him a runaway and will NOT do an amber alert. They say they are not "actively seeking". He is listed with NCIC and I'm trying to get him added to NCMEC, but am hitting walls as they will only accept additions from law enforcement agencies and ours is none to rushed about doing it. Also, I contacted local TV stations about airing his picture. They said they can't use air time for runaways as they have so many. I told them that it's not like he's 5 hours late for curfew...he's over 5 DAYS LATE!

I don't know what else to do.

Thank you for anything you can do.

Oh, Cecilia,

I was hoping that you'd've received our blessings for a safe reunion by now! Keep your chin up and be brave. Marc needs you to be strong more than ever now. Will continue praying for your son's safe return, the police to take you seriously, and your family to find peace each day as you wait for news.

Most heartfelt sympathy, Melissa in Seattle
