Poll: Favorite Rolling Cart

LOL...I guess the laptop would be the answer Lorilee but this was just tongue in cheek really! I love my "brute of a PC" and I love my craft room. I suppose if I truly want to spend some time outside...I can throw a few things in a collapsible crate and use my small Cosco table. I am waiting for my Scutto & Paper Packer to arrive, then it will be easier to go out if I want to :o) Anyway, I don't sit in the sun....too dangerous.....so I would need a gazebo for shade....LOL

I don't sit in the sun either. Monday I worked at getting my garden spot ready to plant this weekend and got a sun burn. I know I burn fast but wasn't thinking about it yet. Thankfully it was only a mild one and is better already. I can just imagine what a painful burn I would get if I sat in the sun to scrap. Until I figure out how to keep my pages from blowing away I think I'll take my DH's computer and a notebook outside and plan some LO's and manipulate some pics for printing. Then I can watch my DD's play in the sand while I play.

I like to scrap in my dining room because it has two large windows that look out into the side yard where I can watch birds and squirrels scamper along the fence. One day I was working away, listening to my music and just enjoying the warm breeze coming in and I had this feeling I was being watched. I looked out the window and there was a squirrel sitting on the fence post..his head cocked to the side ..watching me. He sat there looking in for a good ten min.without moving a hair. He was up on his hind legs, big bushy tail..looking just like a picture. I don't know what he found so interesting..but he just made my day! LOL He even had some sort of nut in his little paws. Ther is no point to this post LOL

I LOVE squirrels! The ones in my yard are so used to me that they will come right up to me when I'm gardening. I handfeed them peanuts.

I know, I wanted to run get one but knew he would leave if I moved,so I just enjoyed him,it would have been a great picture. The fence is wooden and there were bloomng bushes hanging into the "picture". I think the fence is a highway for critters. The birds like to sit on that post, too. We have a family of cardinals that look so beautiful, especially when there is snow on the fench. I think I need a camping "fix". LOL

Cecelia, My DH always buys a bag of peanuts for them and for the cardinals and bluejays! They love peanuts. We have two feeders and a big birdbath which keeps our yard full of birds. The bush I was talking about is a "butterfly" bush and all summer long it is so neat to watch the butterflies and hummingbirds flit in and out.

Oh Sabrina, that sounds wonderful. We are enjoying the return of birds after the winter. Last summer we had three feeders. Each of my DD's made one for larger birds (and sparrows) and we had a finch feeder. It is amazing to watch the birds interacting with each other and the neighbors cat. We enjoy watching the squirrels when we go camping but do not usually get to see them in our yard.

I have a squirrel in my backyard that plays with our dog. The squirrel stays in the tree and just runs around in circles playing hide and seek from the dog. The dog just loves it.
