What does the CMT actually mean to the industry at large?

What does the CMT mean to the MBAs who make documentation spending decisions?

What does the CMT mean to the MTSOs?

What does the CMT mean to the individual MTs?

Has the CMT changed anything in the industry since its inception?

Is the number of MIJs (mommies in jammies), PMMT (pin-money MTs), and/or HMTs (hobby MTs) (who could also be collectively thought of as "scabs" since the thinking is predominantly union-oriented) affected by the existence of the CMT?

Jay said (correctly):

AAMT has been credentialing MTs since long before any of these issues > arose.

What difference has it made?
