Hey all! It'm me - Jessica the Newbie.
I've really been enjoying reading this list, and excited about being involved with swaps and project ideas.
However, I've noticed some things that I am not familiar with yet, and was hoping I could get a primer on basics and rules for this list.
For example -
1) what are the time restrictions fo participating in various swaps, exchanges, challenges, etc. (I saw a couple things that meant you had to have been on the list for 6 mos...)2) What are some of the oppurtunities available to list members that new folks may not now about (I've seen notices about being added to lists, posting to sites, etc.)
