You upload a picture and the site starts you off, and then you tweak it to look more like yourself.
I hate to say it, but it's a pretty accurate likeness :)

Thanks. I thought is was Simpson like and wondered who you knew that would do it. My hubby is a big Simpson's fan. I'll have to try it out.
