Thank you Angela :) I can't wait till its done. Her birthday was in March and DH is bugging me to get it done. LOL :) Actually the balloons are a part of the paper. Its just a party paper. I got it at Michael's I believe. Or maybe JoAnn's. One of those 2 places :) I think it will be the first page in the book. Not sure yet :)
