because that is a hotmail address, that ISN"T the server they are accessing the internet with.. anyone can get a new hotmail account in about 2 minutes... blocking that won't do anything.
I will say this one more time and then I don't want to hear about it anymore. USE YOUR FILTERS. IGNORE THEM. Its the only thing that gets rid of trolls. PERIOD. I've dealt with this for YEARS. I've been on usenet since the 1980's and I have seen forged headers and ISP's don't CARE! IGNORE. PERIOD.
