I swear by those clear shoe boxes that you can buy for $1.00 or less. I have 90% of my items stored in them and stacked on shelves. What isn't in the shoe box sizes are in the same type of container but bigger in size. I have most of my paper in the clear plastic craft keepers and they are standing upright on a shelf wedged between book ends. Along with that I have a card table in the middle of the room that I use for scraping.

Welcome to RCS Efsta. I purchased a paper rack from a scrapbook store that had purchased new fixtures and was selling the old. My scrapbook area is posted on my website,

I found a great deal on shoeboxes at Costco--(12 for around $12 or so) awhile back--they also have great collections of plain cardstock paper (12x12) 300 sheets for around $12-13 IIRC, I got my set of fancy scissors in a very nice carrier there, also you can get beginner sets of stamps, stickers, etc.

Here's a few pictures of my hobby room:

It's still a work in progress, but at least I can move around in there now and get some work done! :-0 Carolyne in TX

Hi Carolyne,,

I love the pictures of your scraproom. I actully copied the link and e-mailed it to my husband. My room looks just like yours and he is always on my back about it. I can spend all day cleaning it but not to much changes really. Lisa

Thanks, Lisa! :-)

I know what you mean--my DH wants me to throw stuff out, but I tend to just move it around, LOL. One man's trash, and all that. ;-)
