Some good friends of mine are making a scrapbooking video that is designed to help people get started on their scrapbooking journey.
They asked me to help them with it, and I need your advice.(I'm a marketing consultant by day and a father of 3 the rest of the time. I'm also looking forward to starting my first scrapbook in the next week or two)
We want this video to be as helpful as possible to people who want to get started in scrapbooking, and because all of you were first-time scrapbookers at one point (and some of you may still be new to this wonderful craft), I was hoping you could help me by sharing your opinions.
Your answers will help us make sure that we include information that is the most practical and valuable to someone who really wants to start scrapbooking. If you can answer one or all of these questions, it will be a big help.
- What was the main reason you started scrapbooking? To preserve your picures? To find a creative outlet? Others reasons?
- When you first started, what was the hardest part for you? (sorting your box of pictures? Deciding what colors to use? others?)
- If you wanted to introduce a dear friend who lives across the country to scrapbooking, and you had this video to send her, what information would you want it to contain so that your friend would have everything she needed to know to start scrapbooking?
- Are there topics you would like to see covered in a video? Are there any videos out there that you have used or would recommend?
