Stampin Up question

Does anyone know if Stampin Up will sell one single stamp as a replacement for a set? I have the Bold Alphabet Upper and Lower where both stamps are on the same block. I don't even know if it is still in the new catalog. I used the set at a crop with a make-n-take LO I was teaching, and left it on the table for some ladies who came in later and did the LO on their own. If I had stayed there and taught it to each person as they came in I would never get to do my own scrappin. When I got home the "F" was missing. We went back and combed the building the next afternoon and called every person who attended that day to check their supplies, without luck. It really bothers me when I want to use the set, I have to be sure I don't need the "F" at all. Taught me a lesson! I never leave any of my stamp sets on the work table for others to use. If they are doing the LO later they have to come ask me and I do a quick check when they return them to be sure all is there. I asked the rep I buy from and she said she would check, but never got back to me about it. And I've asked her twice. Wondered if anyone else ever had a problem like this. Sandy
