I think I've been a part of about 5 swaps now, and have had a lot of fun with each of them. I've got quite the recipe book now.

I had to buy the laminator just for this project. I've wanted one for a few years and this was the perfect excuse. LOL

I'm starting to wish I could cook. Maybe I should host a recipe swap, healthy easy recipes for beginners!!

I can cook, but I'm always looking for easy and healthy recipes that are delicious.

Thank you all for your vote of confidence regarding my new title technique. I'm doing something new on the holiday recipe swap and it doesn't look like much, but boy is it not easy. I think it is cute, but more work than it's worth. How do I get myself into these projects? I thought I keep it simple and easy since my scrapping supplies are 95% packed up, but NOOO I had to make it hard.

Can't wait to see it! I'm currently stuck on my pages....I have a recipe and part of the elements, just trying to figure one other element out. Though I really need to get a move on, I may be overnighting them! I just can't get through this block.....hmmmmm.....

I'm with you on the overnighting idea. My problem is trying to be creative without my supplies. I thought I bought everything I needed to do a simple page yet nice page. Now though I want to add eyelets. I'm seeing a scrapping friend Saturday, so I'm going to see if she'll let me use her eyelets and the tools. She knows I'm good for a pay back when my supplies are unpacked.

Oh M-C you would be amazed at how much you know!! Our Lori Shay says she does not cook either but her reipes are some of the best I have!! She is a great scrapbooker !!! I think you should join the next one or even Host it!

It would be one way to get going with the cooking thing and I have yet to actually host a swap. BTW, where is Lori Shay, seems we haven't heard from her in a while! Lori S, come out and play!!! :)

Aaaaw Lori is young and busy and I rarely hear from her either,but she is about.
