Art Quilt Exhibit - Oct 3 & 4

A friend, who lives in Michigan, attended the fest last year after I mentioned it to her. She was thrilled and found some goodies to purchase. I will send her a note about this year's event, in case she doesn't get a notice from you, Rick.

I taught her to sew when we were teaching the same grade level in El Paso., She later moved to Korea, then Japan to teach; when her father became ill, she went home to Michigan and is now a couselor there in private practice.

Sounds like it's worth attending, but it's a bit far from Williamsburg VA :)

Also it's quite a ways from Houston, TX. I've never been in the state of Michigan, although I've lived in Chicago and in several cities in Wisconsin.
