Hex wrenches, also known as Allen wrenches, can be bought at any hardware store. You could pick up a set at Wal Mart, Target, Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc. They're quite reasonably price, too.

As far as I know, all of the Bernette sergers were made by Juki, so I'm going to guess that a set of small metric allen wrenches will be what you need, since Juki is Japanese and most of the rest of the civilized world uses metric, not US inches/SAE. You can find them in most hardware sections of bigger stores, or even auto parts shops. If you've got a computer/cell phone repair tool set, that may have the right size in it.
