sewing machine question..

hi all. i havent been on here lately. life has been crazy!! well my mom, dont ask why.. you dont want to know, bought me a machine its a europro or something from fingerhut. and i was sewing a purse that is made of denium. and right when i was done, i was finishing the last stich i heard a pop, i took the material off, i looked at the needle, cause i have been known to break several when working with denium. well, it didnt break, i tried to re thread the bobbin thread back up to the top but i would never bring it up. so i opened the little door and took the bobbin out, and i cant notice any difference but the needle isnt going far enough down to catch the bobbin thread. i dont know what to do. it doesnt say anything in the manual about it. i dont know if she got a warranty or not or if it is something me or my husband can fix or if i have to take it somewhere to get it fix. did i explain it clearly? i dont know. i dont like as much as my old brother ls 2125 but...it does some stitches better and elastic worlds better. thanks for any info ya'll have.

hope the new year is treating everyone right.

You may have bent the needle just enough to keep it from working properly. Try a new needle.

hi. i sent this message earlier but i cant seem to find it anywhere. so if it is a repeat, sorry for taking so much time and space. my mother, dont ask me why, bought me a machine (euro pro) out of fingerhut magizine. and i was sewing a denium purse. and when i was locking the stich in at the end i heard a loud pop. well i moved the denium out of the way and looked at my needle, i have broke a couple on the last purse i made of denium. well, the needle is not broke. so i went to go re-thread the bobbin thread up throu the plate and it wont bring it up, so i opened the little door and looked at the needle going do to the bobbin, but the needle doesnt go far enough down to catch the thread. have ya'll had that problem? i dont know if she got a warranty or not. is it something i can fix on my own or do i have to take it to a repair man? it doesnt say anything to help in the manual. thanks for all the info ya'll can give me....i love my other sewing machine but this one has more stiches and does elastic 200 times better. now i am going back to my brother ls 2125.

thanks alot. hope the new year is treating you right. sewamommy: hazel sitting here on a saturday night in georgia, listen to neighbors reve trucks up....
