Anyone familiar with loading the bobbin on Singer Quantum 9910 machine - my wife is getting back to hers after nearly a year and can't get the bobbin to load.

I have the same machine the Singer Quantum 9910 and have been experiencing the same thing. Please email me if you find out the proper method on the setup? My father has been helping me with the 'setup' but we cant seem to get the 'thread' to 'load' either?
