I am not the OP, but I am definitely filing these pattern numbers for future reference when they go on sale. (It is only a matter of time before someone asks for such chair covers around here, the area is just now being discovered by the noveau riche.)

I made a toilet seat cover, a tank cover, and some other coordinating items in my old farm house. I made patterns using newsprint. I traced the toilet seat shape onto the paper, added appropriate seam allowances, and just played with it. Same for the tank cover. I put newsprint over it, folded down the corners to simulate where the seams should go, and then just made it. Of course! I may be revealing my age, but I am stunned when people ask for patterns for bedsheets, tablecloths, slipcovers, pillows, etc. It would never cross my mind to look for patterns for these kinds of things.

It would not have crossed my mind to ask for patterns either, but after the OP asked and the information was presented, I am certainly going to get the patterns (They have to be a time saver over drafting your own, which I have done for many slipcovers).
