Drapery Help

Nov 11, 2003 1 Replies

I bought some of the "gauzy" stuff to drape over the rods in my family room. It is the harder gauze, but very slippery. I've decreased the tension on my machine, but still can't get a decent looking hem. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks!

I've sandwiched fabrics like that between sheets of tissue. The machine seemed to like it better and the tension wasn't so much of an issue.

Another suggestion...a no sew hem with Stitch Witchery or something similar?
