Hi, I am new to the group and love it. It is so wonderful to find such helpful people. I live with chronic pain syndrome and RSD. This causes my arms and hands to swell and burn. It is difficult at times to accomplish things like turning the dials like the ones on the Dritz dressform. Do any of you know who makes a reasonably priced dress form with large knobs or handles to adjust it? Also it needs to be adjusted for a tall person. Thank you so much in advance. Sews4fun

You might be able to modify the existing knobs to be easier to use. There are gadgets for various purposes. I found this, which might be a source of help:

use thin sheets of rubber - they usually have advertising on them - to open lots of things. These silly throw-away items have made my life easier!
