Does anybody know where I can find an aftermarket replacement pinion gear ( the one that drives the rotary shuttle hook) for this machine? (better if it's not made out of nylon or plastic)
Being a highly capable person with anything mechanical, I can replace it myself but I need to get the right part. Elna stores have the part but they insist on doing the work. I just think their labor charge is too much for that kind of job.
