HI there,
I just brought a Janome memory craft 3500 for my wife's birthday. She was trying out all the different stiches when it wouldn't stop. She switched it off and re-threaded it, but now when she draws the bobin thread using the up/down neddle button, when it comes up, it just starts sewing by itslef slowy. If she threads it manually and starts sewing, when she takes her foot off, it will not stop sewing.
Any suggestions/ideas would be appreciated!!
