I purchased 7 yards of cotton velvet to make my 4 nieces a jumper for Christmas. The fabric came by mail and was folded so I hung it up for a week or so and proceeded to make one of the dresses but the wrinkles don't want to come out! I tried steaming and pressing and using wrinkle relief to no avail! I was hoping to finish all of them this week,but I don't even want to start anymore unless I can remove the wrinkles as the dress looks terrible. If anyone has any thoughts I'd be grateful!
