Hello all, pardon me if this has been covered in previous threads. I just purchased a gorgeous 1954 Necchi BC sewing machine, refurbished with all the many parts/feet/etc. Is there a recommended way to figure out how to use it? The manual successfully taught me to thread, thread a bobbin, and sew in a straight line. But I don't know how to attach the alternate feet (eg. the one labeled 'zig zag') and how do do other tasks (eg. zig zag and other useful hemming stitches). Thanks

I'm not familiar with that particular machine, so I can't tell you anything specific to it. You might look on youtube and see if there are any videos on that machine. It's pretty amazing how many different video sewing tutorials are up there.
You might also try doing a google search for "Necchi BC zig zag foot."

Without clear pics I dont know either. A lot of machines you can get free user manuals for online.
