Ursula, I found these 2 patterns today I thought you might like to have a look at. With you could probably make changes in them to come up with something very close to the Garbo Jacket. The first would need to be made into the V neckline and the button placement changed. The second one would need changes in button placement.
Dolman sleeve, not terribly flattering IMHO, and takes a lot of fabric.
