Mitering corners on blanket binding

Hi there, I'm not much of a seamstress, but a new mommy trying to make a nice "blankie". I did one, and it came out ok, but I couldn't figure out how to do the last corner. The miters worked out ok on the other 3 (not perfect, but I get the idea at least) but when it came to the end I was lost.

Any help would be much appreciated. If it matters, I'm using the Wrights Satin Binding and a thin cloth diaper (what can I say, he likes it!)

If the child likes it, he won't care about that last corner. But next time start on a side, away from a corner. When you get to the end you can turn under a little extra length and cover the beginning raw edges of your binding. Jean M.

If you can find a book titled "Happy Endings" by Mimi Dietrich, it has many good tips on binding quilts or blankets.
