I would like to make a table runner for my nephew's girlfriend. My question is this... instead of the usual v-point end, I would like to do a scalloped edge... eg. if my runner is 17 inches wide, four scallops across would make each scallop 4 inches wide... allowing the remaining inch for seam allowance, how do I accomplish this, please help.
