What's your opinion of this as either dress fabric or outer layer sports top/shorts or............................. sorry, train derailed there. Also, is that a true red or does it lean to the orange?

Ok, from the picture it looks more orange-red than blue-red. Have you asked the seller about the color?? IMHO, I think it would work ok for a dress...possibly a skirt and jacket??

From the picture, it is hard to say if indeed it is a true red, maybe the seller can tell you. As to bengaline, IMHO, it is a dress fabric. I have several dresses/two piece outfits from it and enjoy wearing them. Emily

I forgot to ask in the first post is it a woven or a knit? I wiki-ed this got nothing. Blew up the picture to 400% and thought it might be a woven. Thanks for your help, AK in PA
