A great question that I am getting all the answers for.

I do know that you are allowed to bring products over the border to sell and only have to charge, and remit to the Canadian Government one of the 2 taxes, which I am arranging to either get all the forms ahead of time, or have the US vendors declared exempt. I also know that one of the main problems is in declaring anything that you buy but that should not be an issue, because you would come to sell.

Please refer to our website,

and I can post the answers on the site, or back in here, or you can email us and we can send you a vendor package to review and answer your questions and I get answers.

Hope some of this helps.
