These are great ideas...I like the idea of themes.
My idea in starting a card exchange, however, was somewhat different. I had thought to compile a list of interested participants; I would want to include their name, email address, and snail mail address. I would then email everyone on the list to inform them of who they should send their 5 cards to for each month. This would only cost each individual the postage for mailing 5 cards each month. And the good news is that at some point, you would get a collection of cards made by other individuals. You could get these all on the same day or you could receive several sets of cards throughout the week.
Any thoughts or additional ideas are welcome.
