Scroll down the page. I searched for "fabric & Baltimore & MD".
Some of those are for *metal fabrication*, but there are several fabric stores as well.

And, boy, are you right about the location of Tandy... chamois shorts... hmmm... I was dreaming of a shirt....
What kind of sewing? I can help you out (a lot) w/ quilting stores all over MD/DE/southern PA/VA! And more regular type fabric stores south of the city and in DC and VA...
