Is this the same recall as was done for the Designer 1 a few years back? I had my transformer replaced due to a recall.

All I can suggest is that you *check your serial number against the list given on the website*. The recall notice was issued today (Feb 7, 2006) so I guess it could be either a newly discovered fault or it may not apply to your machine (but you'd better check to be on the safe side).
