Kevin.. this is probably not what you want to hear, but find a local Saw shop or sharpening service that sells BS blades.. You'll get whatever size, thickness and TPI that you need and someone to learn from..

Hi Kevin I use carver and woodturner bands from R&D BANDSAWS, Swedish silicon steel bands. They have extra wide set on those bands for sawing wet wood, and I am very satisfied with them, also the people are very helpful and prices are right.
Are you sure about the blade/saw size. Most 14" saws without riser blocks use a 93-1/2" blade. I just checked the three 14" band saws Jet currently offers and the "Specifications" all show a blade length of
93-1/2".
I put the riser block on my14" so long ago that I read his post and didn't think twice about what I bought before I started using 105" blades..
Unless, of course, he has a low rider model and the wheels are very close together.. *g*
