Brand New 15" Varible Speed Palmgren Lathe Plus Extras

I bought the Palmgren 15" lathe from the manufacturer about 2 months ago and now want to sell it to upgrade to another lathe. During the past 2 months I broke the drive belt and contacted Palmgren about the warranty. Palmgren asked me if I was comfortable in removing and installing a new drive belt. I declined as I did not know what this would do to the 2 year warranty. Palmgren understood and express mailed me a entire brand new head stock assembly. While waiting on the new headstock, I went to Darrell's website "Aroundthewoods" and downloaded his instruction on how to change the drive belt. It went as smooth as silk and now I have 2 practically brand new lathes, which include the outboard tool rest, as well. I don't need anthing this large and would like to sell it all inclusive. What does anyone think would be a fair price to ask for everything. I was thinking along the lines of $350. I'm located in Jacksonville, Florida. Thanks to all. You guys are great.

If it's only two months old, and you have a little time to sit on it, I think I'd knock $20 off the retail price and put in the paper. It only takes one buyer to sell the thing, after all!

Generally speaking, that's a crappy move if you've got a tool that is a few years old and much used, but at 2 months, I'll bet you can shine the thing up so it looks like it just came out of the box- someone will buy it.

Yes, it is the same lathe. The only difference is that this one includes an additional head stock, still in the crate, a mobile base from Woodcraft, and the outboard tool rest with the S curved rest. I'm asking $350 or OBO.
