Thanks to all! We ah great resource you all are. Your insight made me look hard at all and based on my requirements (I have a gas saw too) I started pricing my options. I really wanted to justify the Milwaukee or Makita but my needs and budget could not.
I had it all fall together and I bought the Sears 4HP 18".
Sears put it on sale for $95 less a $10 coupon and a $60 gift card they gave me when I bought tires. I only got 63k on the old ones and only paid $2 more per tire for the same ones I got in 2001 not counting the gift card. I plan to wring it out this weekend on some avocado I have collected. I hope to not be reporting any bad news.
