got a lather problem

my lathe says ROCKWELL Delta...

and I got a head bearing problem, and need to pull them out? is there anywhere that has a diagram of this?

I got the pully off, and there is nothing there... this is a 1 inch by 8 thread, with left hand on the outboard end...

the right end has a hex 'something' that screws up TO the inner race of the bearing, but how do you hold the left end?

thanks if anyone can assist

according to that page its an early type, 46-111

and am assuming that the nut?? on the right hand thread has to be unscrewed... --Shiva--

Looks like the one is in the pulley - save those preload springs. Hopefully they're still springy.

The right side is retained by 21 and 19. Use the flat on the spindle to help. Though they don't show, normally you would expect a couple of load springs there, too.

Not sure what is going on here, but would this help?

That's like mine, not his. Might help him, though.
