faceplates

I am trying to find someone who sells inexpensive faceplates made by welding a nut to a plate and drilling holes.

I purchase some about a year ago and now can't locate a bill to find out who I purchased them from.

I have visited William Nobles web site and e-mailed him at " snipped-for-privacy@msn.com but it comes back as a bad e-mail address.

I have checked the archives and can't find anyone else selling this type of faceplate.

(clip) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Try replacing the hyphens with underlines. william_b snipped-for-privacy@msn.com (Unfortunately, the "_'s" don't show because the computer underlines the whole address. Maybe Bill should make a change, because I recall this being a problem for some correspondents in the past, myself included.)

All,

Please be careful about post other people's real email addresses in posts. SPAMMERs have the ability to grab these email addresses. I know that Bill goes to great length to protect himself by posting his email address with blanks or other characters and then explaining how to change it so SPAMMERs can't find his address.

Thanks, Joe Fleming - San Diego

Totally correct, but including the original post in your "quote" just compounded the error.

Try Barry Haythornwaite. He is at barryh"at"wselectric.com. Reasonable prices and Excellent faceplates. He also built me a couple of tool rests.

aaah, thanks guys.

I try and fool the robots by putting spaces in my address and leaving out the "at" sign.

you can find me, as posted, via my web site -

formatting link
or by email, at william_b_noble at m s n dot com (removing spaces, etc)

I'll reply to bob directly.

Not really ... the address you copied was the non-functioning address. The spambots will grab it and it will error out on the MSN mail servers.

Bill
