Help any turners with ESP out there?-)

My birthday is coming soon.

Last year I was only doing straight wood working. I was in the process of building a large number of joinery boxes to give for Christmas presents when my birthday rolled around.

After much deliberation and consulting the woodworkers with ESP what my wife had purchased, everyone missed the mark and she got me an inexpensive lathe.

Now I spend half my time turning and half working on other projects. I suspect I will soon be banned from my wifes study like I was last year as she hides what ever she has purchased. I'm in the process of building another series of boxes for christmas. Some of the boxes will be given with handmade candy and some will be made to hold special bowls that I'm also working on.

I have a small shop or really not a shop at all because I drag everything out onto the driveway inorder to cut wood and then back into the garage when I'm done my list of tools I would like to have is long. For christmas my wife gave me a shopvac to help with cleaning up the sawdust off the driveway instead of using a broom.

The question for the members with ESP is what has she gottem for me this time? I've been tossing chicken bones and I think my wege board is broken because it is not responding at all.

PS I've given her gold jewlry every year and christmas was quite expensive so this is not a one way street and she has claimed about 20 percent of my finished boxes and bowls before they are even done.

Experienced ESPers know that to attempt to determine with any accuracy what is going on in any woman's mind is a mugs game. The only answer is to go out and buy what _you_ want! You simply tell her that he knew that she'd want to buy for him the very best present she could and that is one of the many points that is so wonderful about her. Of course, this is a two-edged sword as she may apply this technique in reverse. Bottom line? Don't think you can ever figure out a woman's thinking/logic! *G*

Your in luck,I've got ESP, or was that alzheimers I forget. In any event I believe she got you either a stubby-750 or a crown parting tool.
