Inexpensive face plates

Yes, to your question. I bought a Jet 1442 late last year, and while it has been a good lathe, I'd prefer to have a lathe with electronic VS motor control, more power, and simply greater precision, many of which have 1

1/4x8 threaded spindles. As an example, I bought a Vicmarc chuck, which I'd like to continue using on the subsequent lathe, so I bought it in 1 1/4x8 plus the adaptor. Any additional accessories (faceplates, etc.) that I buy will also be used with the adaptor. Beats having to pass all those nice accessories on with the Jet and buying them all over again for the new lathe.
