Spent a few hours with my mate yesterday and we completed the turning of the pin chuck, the milling of the flat to be done next week. It has been turned with a MT2 so it can be used on most lathes. 25mm diameter by 40mm (not yet cut). Pin will be around 5mm (maybe 3/16"). The MT2 has been drilled and tapped to accept a 1/4" thread to ensure it can be held captive in the spidle during turning! I'll post a few photos when completed. Thanks for all the assistance. Alan
