I'"m not sure that you can. I use a throwaway email account that I use for any mail that I think will lead to spam.

I also use agent and my address is set up ending with .oz instead of .au so a normally intelligent person changes oz to au to reply direct to me. Spambots send their rubbish to be lost in the electronic wasteland.
I've got an older version of Agent- on purpose, as I just like the interface better. If yours is the same, you just need to go to the dropdown menus at the top of the screen, select "options" and then "User and System Profile." The first box under the "User" tab will have your e-mail address as used by Agent, and you can change it to whatever you like.
I know the newer versions are different, so I can't help you there.
