if you like to cook at some point you find it easiest to measure all the ingredients and place in separate containers before mixing
it makes the chore go quicker and you rarely ever forget an ingredient
so i am turning a bunch of small bowls just for this purpose for the cooks i know
great way to use up those small pieces that you know you just have to keep but are piling up
