Owing to unusual circumstances, a number of vacancies for craft sellers have become available at the Pavillion, Lakeside Shopping Center, Essex. Trading will be guaranteed for one year only, although this might be extended. Therefore the rents will be much cheaper than usual and will be available on a weekly, 3 monthly or yearly basis.
