Family owned and operated company that has never failed to provide me with excellent service. I buy most of my woodturning/woodworking tools and supplies from them. No connection to them other than I live in Houston where they are located.

I would add "The Cutting Edge"

a caveat - I've had bad experiences on several occasions withCraft Supplies. They might be OK for pen kits and other actual craftsupplies but I (personally) would never order equipment or tools fromthem again. Many others have had nothing but good to say about themso I assume that my experience is unusual. I simply won't take thechance again when I've got Packard, Lee Valley, and Cutting Edge toorder from.

Make sure to check couple of them and compare prices. I don't know about the others, but Craft Supplies

match any competitor with the same item and give you anadditional discount of 10% of the difference.Chris

I personally shop from several vendors. I can honestly say that I have had nothing but good dealings with Craft Supplies USA. I buy from them often and can't think of any bad experiences.
