Wednesday went to see a new potential customer/supplier. I showed him some of the Arkansas Zebrawood vessels in southwest style I had been playing with. He thought they were great. He then showed me the shorts he had and asked if I could make anything from them. His shorts are anything under 10' in length! I said they were usable. Got 3 pieces, 1 piece of fir plywood
16" by 6" by 8', one 8" by 18" by 10' laminated beam and one 4" by 16" by 8' laminated pine beam. He has about 20 beams of different sizes left. I have finished one bowl from the 8" pine beam and 2 from the plywood and they really turned out nice.
