Has anyone had any experience teaching knitting to blind people?
If yes, what method of knitting was it?
Continental, or throwing?

Arlene, HI! I've never taught the blind to knit, but we DO have a blind member here, who's name is David. Hopefully, he'll hear your post and respond as to how HE knits. Hugs, Noreen
btw, I'm legally blind in one eye, my lazy-eye (ambliopia).... and I knit continental.
