OT: And the Winner Is

Hi Everyone,

Thank you to all who entered the 6x6 square competition and I'm happy to announce that our friend GEMINI was the closest without going over. She meant to type 750 and the correct number is 752.

Hugs,

Nora

Thank you Nora for the work involved and for the result . 752 feet - I keep seeing a long 6 incch strip of knitting hanging down from a high rise building - at 10ft per floor that is a 75 story building !!** Glad we knitted it instead of climbing that length., Just think where we will be in a five year total God Bless Gwen

original idea was to get enough squares to hang from the Spire, but weended up with too many so laid them out in one of the aisles. They wereturned into scarves for the homeless lol Cheers....Cher

Send it to me. I live on the 25th floor of a building so I could double or triple it and keep it handy in case I need to escape out a window. hehehe

Jan what a great idea - it would stretch with your weight if further length is required - but on cold nights you could heave it is through the window and snuggle up God bless Gwen
